SellerShock collects the minimum information needed to understand site usage and process paid purchases or support requests.
What this site collects
We use lightweight traffic and conversion signals available through hosting and checkout tooling to understand visits, referral sources, and which calls to action are working. If you click through to Stripe, Stripe collects the payment and contact details needed to process your order.
What this site does not collect
This site does not ask for Amazon credentials, Seller Central access, marketplace tokens, or bank logins. SellerShock works from the numbers you enter yourself.
How data is used
We use site and checkout data to improve the page, understand whether the offer is converting, and prioritize product work. Stripe purchase information is used for order handling, toolkit delivery support, operator-review fulfillment, and future product follow-up if you buy from SellerShock.
Third-party processors
Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Second State Records LLC. Their checkout and payment processing are governed by Stripe's policies in addition to this page.
Support and requests
Support and privacy-related requests are handled at secondstaterecords@pm.me. A custom-domain support inbox and deeper automation are planned, but they are not required for the live product to function.
