Terms of Use
SellerShock currently offers a one-time emergency pack and a one-time operator review for Amazon sellers. These terms keep both offers honest and narrow.
What the paid offers include
The emergency pack is a one-time purchase for access to the maintained worksheet bundle, the response checklist, and future early-access updates to SellerShock while the product is still being refined. The operator review is a one-time higher-touch offer for a concise written review of a limited set of ASINs or one core product line.
Product status
SellerShock is an early-stage product. Features, worksheets, and future importer access may change as the product improves. Fulfillment workflows may still involve manual delivery or manual support emails while the product infrastructure is being upgraded.
Decision-support only
SellerShock provides estimates and planning support only. It does not connect to Seller Central, execute pricing changes, or replace your accountant, operations lead, or legal counsel. You remain responsible for decisions made from the estimates.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Second State Records LLC. Pricing, taxes, and payment method handling are governed by the Stripe checkout flow you complete.
Support
Buyer support and operator-review intake are handled at secondstaterecords@pm.me. Custom-domain inbox workflows are planned, but the current email path is already valid and live.
